It is actually off a little...here is an aerial view of the actual location. MapQuest thinks her address is 1776 but really it's 1680...weird!
It's down about a block on a dirt road. Here are some directions that may help...
FROM SANFORD AREAS:
You can use 17-92 or 417 to get to 434 (which ever is easier for you)
On 434 head east (towards Winter Springs/Oviedo)
From the 417 exit --it is exactly 1 mile until you will turn LEFT on to Hammock Rd
(You will see signs for Black Hammock Fish Camp Restaurant & Air boats)
...It's a sharp left turn where 434 actually curves to the right.

At the Stop Sign, turn LEFT onto De Leon
Take 1st RIGHT, on Florida Ave. GO ALL THE WAY TO END (about 2.25 miles)
At the Stop Sign, turn LEFT onto VanArsdale St. (dead end, dirt road)
House is on the LEFT, 2nd house/property. #1680
It's a rock drive 1st & a paved drive w/ basketball hoop at driveway (only paved drive on the road) Park in either driveway (avoid driving in middle of grass due to wet/get stuck)
Studio is next to house, w/ wood board walk.
Take Red Bug/Mitchell Hammock all the way to Lockwood Rd (dead ends into Winn Dixie)
TURN LEFT onto Lockwood.
Go straight through next light (Walgreen's/Publix on corner)
Lockwood dead ends onto 426.
TURN RIGHT onto 426.
VanArsdale is 1st road on the LEFT.
TURN LEFT onto VanArsdale St.
Go to end - at stop sign - GO STRAIGHT onto dirt road

Kendra's workshop is amazing. She built it next to her house-how convenient! It's full of Creative Memories scrapbooking items, and lots more! She will be hosting monthly scrapbooking workshops (crops) so you can bring your photos, or laptop, and work on your projects, such as your calendar! It's very therapeutic!
